Two big days of dev to implement screen touch, redesign UI for mobile players and adapt screen resolution

• an erase button has been added
• you can now move your world with the button with arrows

• a invisible hitbox for the hotbar make impossible to put or erase tiles behind buttons, above and behind the eraser button
